The Game Producer position assumes the Product Manager role for the team. This role pushes the limits of real-money wagering games on proprietary cabinets. The Game Producer role consistently demonstrates enthusiasm about working as part of a team dedicated to creating the highest quality gaming experiences. The Game Producer position is a visionary in the development of casino style games from initial concept to final product, directing the look and feel of game play.

  • Designs and prioritizes game themes and features based on business needs 
  • Creates feature specifications, generates user stories and collaborates with team leads for implementation 
  • Prioritizes and triages a backlog of work items and issues representing the development status of ongoing products 
  • Collaborates with Hardware and Product Managers (Backend) to ensure compatibility and performance of games 
  • Communicates directly with floor operators to manage product requests and feedback 
  • Determines operational performance goals based on needs and historical data 
  • Evaluates Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and game performance through analysis and retrospectives 
  • Performs market research, deconstructs competitive products and presents learnings to inform decision making at all levels of development 
  • Develops an understanding of the jurisdictional requirements for land-based real money games




  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Analytics
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in digital games product management/ownership
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in gaming (real money gambling) industry
  • Possesses knowledge and skill sets related to Class II, Class III and/or HHR (Historical Horse Racing) gaming slot machine market (top performers, best practices, design conventions)
  • Applies best practices and design conventions when determining new game features
  • Possesses business intelligence and analytical skills to model and evaluate products
  • Demonstrated experience in shipping multiple high quality interactive games
  • Ability to work with highly talented and motivated Agile teams of Artists and Engineers
  • Possesses an overall general business and management skill set
  • Possesses structured problem solving and expert prioritization skills
  • Demonstrates ability to motivate individuals and teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
  • Entrepreneurial, ambitious (takes initiative and personal ownership/accountability) and strong ‘integrator’ (innately knows when to share information and/or to bring parties/business units together)

  • Preferred Experience and/or Education: Experience working in fixed odds and Pari-Mutuel Wagering industry


  • This position does have supervisory responsibilities/duties of approximately two-three team members.
  • Requires travel up to 25% if necessary.
  • Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a competitive base salary and benefits
  • Position can be based at the Hunt Valley, MD office location. Position classification as “Hybrid” or “Remote Work” available.
